Summer Camp Staff
The summer season at Pilgrim Cove begins June 1st and runs through mid-October. We’re happy to accommodate school schedules for the right applicants, but all summer staff must commit through August 12th.
As a member of our team, you’ll enjoy provided meals and dormitory-style lodging. Staff are responsible for bringing their own bedding, towels, toiletries, and personal items. We also provide staff work shirts.
Our goal is to offer 35–40 hours per week, especially from the last weekend in June through August, giving you plenty of opportunities to gain valuable experience and make lasting memories.
While we love animals, summer employees cannot bring pets.

Summer Youth Camp Counselors
We are looking for 2 male and 2 female Youth Camp counselors who are at least 18 years old and a graduate of high school to work at our Summer Youth Camp for the week of July 5-10, 2026.
If you love youth, the great outdoors, and you are on your own faith journey, and you’re ready for a fun and rewarding summer opportunity, this is the role for you!
